Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. High-temperature dishwasher measured at 76.8C final rinse temperature. 2-compartment sink available. Preparation sink available. Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration adheres to temperature health requirements. Thermometers in all cooling units available. Food stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Food observed to be protected against contamination. Exhaust hood sanitary condition. No signs of pests observed. NOTE: Create and track temperature log for bottom freezer compartment of domestic cooler. Soap dispenser have been serviced that was noted in previous report#JCHY-CEHT8Q. Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
