Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large pot of soup being cooled at back door on floor.
Corrective Action(s): Food must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less, and from 20-4C in 4 hours or less. Cooling by air flow is not quick enough for a pot of soup this size. Cool with ice wand or in ice bath.

2) Front bleach spray bottle had no measurable chlorine
