-Hand wash stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water
-All coolers at 4 C or below.
-Freezer at -18 C or below.
-No hot holding.
-3 compartment sink available for manual warewashing - Operator was able to correctly describe procedures.
-QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles and from 3 comp sink achieve 200ppm.
-Dry storage is good.
-No signs of pest activity.
