Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer noted in two of the sanitizer buckets.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer is to be provided at proper concentration at all time during operation.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel noted at hand wash sink in kitchen. Kitchen staff stated that it was finished about 10 minutes ago.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure enough supply of paper towel and liquid soap at all hand washing station at all time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Ice scoop noted inside ice machine and inside ice at ice sink a the lower level bar with handle touching ice.
- Noted juice bottles were stored inside ice sink at bar and ice being used for drinks.
Corrective Action(s): -Keep ice scoop in a clean container outside of ice .
- Do not store juice bottle inside ice that are being used for drinks or have a barrier for it.

Observation: Cleaning issues noted under/behind equipment and floors (inspection was done after lunch rush)

-Coolers measured 4C or colder
- Freezers measured -18C or colder
- Hot held foods measured 60C or hotter
-Dishwasher temp 74 oC at plate
-Both glass washer (up and down) iodine 12.5 ppm
- Foods labelled properly, no expired foods noted
-Temp log sheets are available, some issues noted with sanitizer log - it is discussed with the kitchen manager.

* Discussed changing oil in deep fryer- it looks dark - no test paper available at time of visit. Ensure to change the oil when the bottom is not visible.
* Sanitizer measured 200ppm quats in a couple buckets, but some had 0 as noted in the above violation

An action plan is required to address the noted violations and * items by Jan 3/2019 via email to the area inspector at fatemeh.emami@fraserhealth.ca.

Another routine inspection will be conducted in 1 month.
