Routine inspection conducted. Lunch service 12:30-1:00pm, except one unit at 12:00pm.

-Handwash stations adequately supplied.
-Refrigeration temperatures all within requirement; Hot food cart for each servery warming up at this time. 2 carts >60'C. No foods stored in the rest yet.
-Temperature monitoring system in place. No issues observed from recent records.
-200ppm QUAT available in buckets to hold wiping cloths. Both automated dispensers at 200ppm.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 84.3'C at the plate level after final rinse.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Dry storage room satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed. Traps in place.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visit. Recent reports checked.
-Ventilation canopy hood professionally cleaned every 6 months. Sticker damaged. Ensure the sticker is placed after next service.
-General sanitation of the facility very good. Ensure to better clean corners when cleaning floors.
-Very good operational system observed at this time. No violations observed.
