Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Water spray was not labelled and some chemical spray bottle labels were faded off.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all spray bottles are labelled to identify their contents. Labels must be replaced when they fall off/wear out. Items were properly labelled at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -11C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Chicken was reheated to greater than 74C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface during the final rinse (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-One egg tart stored at ambient temperature for display – remaining egg tarts stored in cooler at 4C.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer spray bottles tested at 200ppm.
-Scoops stored in ice water. Scoop changed when the ice melts.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination. Raw meats stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Facility serviced by professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 05, 2028.
