Note: The low temperature dishwasher installed without the health approval.
The dishwasher is located between 2 and 3 - compartment sinks at the back area (front of the prep.table with a hand-washing sink).
Test strips for the dishwasher is available. The manager on site claimed that chlorine concentration of the dishwasher checked every day.
It was 100 ppm of chlorine at the time of inspection.

General sanitation - good.
Hand-sinks supplied with liquid soap, paper towels,hot/cold running water.
Coolers at 4 deg C or less.
Freezers at -18 deg C or less.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Hot holding at 60 deg C or greater.
3 compartment sink on site with quat sanitizer in 3rd compartment at 200 ppm quats.
Quat sanitizer in rag buckets (meet requirements).
No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Fan hood - clean.
Storage - organized; off the floor.
Ice-machine and ice bin - satisfactory. Ice-scoop stored safely at the time of inspection.
Staff washroom- satisfactory.
Note: Under fries cold unit is not in service (empty).
