Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray bottles measured 0 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Discard contents in the spray bottle and prepare fresh bleach sanitizer at 100 ppm (1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach per 1L clean water). Ensure sanitizer is available during food preparation and is used to sanitize food contact surfaces throughout the day. This is a repeat violation.
