- The handsink in kitchen/dining area is supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All coolers - undercounter display cooler in dining area, upright storage cooler in storage area - are both measured at temperatures less than 4C
- Storage freezers are functional and are measured at -14 to -18C
- No hot holding of breakfast buffet is observed at the time of inspection (no breakfast service at the time of inspection)
- Pancake machine is maintained in sanitary condition and no left over batter mix is observed at the time
- No evidence of pest activity at the time of inspection
- Three compartment sink is available.

NOTE: Please provide/install wired shelves above the three compartment sink for air drying. Also, please provide drain plugs for all three compartments of the sink
NOTE: Maintain logs on regular basis
