Observation: Back door was open at time of inspection. Storage space adjacent to the open back door stored full of items - unable to enter/check for pest activity in this area.
Corrective Action(s): Keep back door closed to prevent the entry of pests or obtain/install a screen door. Remove/reduce clutter in storage area. Check for pest activity and obtain the services of a professional pest control company if any activity is noted.

- Premises is a food store that sells prepackaged foods only. No bulk foods/candy available at time of inspection.
- All coolers 4C or less and freezers -18C or less
- General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest activity. See violation code 305 re: clutter in storage space
- Washroom hand sink equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water.
- Bleach available on site.
- All foods appeared to be protected (ie. stored off the ground) and from commercial sources.
- Operator confirmed he is no longer repackaging tea or carrying the Loriz brand perishable buns. No evidence of repackaging or temperature abuse at time of inspection.
