Observation: Both base and ceiling of the hot holding unit above the sandwich prep station observed with food debris build up

Observation: Dishwasher not in operation at time of inspection as sign observed posted on the dishwasher stating "Dont use"
Bulb inside the walk in freezer observed not working.
Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher.
Repair/replace bulb in walk in freezer so that it is properly illuminated when an employee goes inside.

311 - Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)]
Observation: Metal plate observed placed on top of missing floor tiles below the deep fryer. In addition, the plate is observed to have lifted up on one end causing a potential tripping hazard for employees.
Corrective Action(s): If premises wants to use a metal plate the void where the missing floor tiles were will need to be filled to prevent the accumulation of grease and food debris. Filling this void should also allow the metal plate to sit flat

Quat now can be dispensed at 75F at the 3 compartment sink as mixing valve has been installed. Premises has test strips on site to verify the concentration of the quat sanitizer.
