Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Low temperature dishwasher reached 35.9C maximum and the final rinse had no sanitizer (chlorine) detected.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff has called the dishwasher technician who will be coming later today to repair the dishwasher. Staff was able to unblock the dispensing tube for the sanitizer which appears to be the culprit of no sanitizer being dispensed into the rinsing water. Last pest report from Ecolab indicates of cockroach activity in the dishwasher area.
