Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wiping clothes observed to be on food contact table, not placed in sanitizer solution. Operator mentioned that only hot water and soap is used for cleaning the cloth and wiping the steam wand.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure steam wand is wiping and sanitized with an adequate concentration of sanitizing solution (100 ppm chlorine)

-Reach-in cooler measured at 4 deg. C
-Undercounter cooler measured at 2 deg. C
-Ice machine well maintained, scoop stored inside scoop holder
-Handsink equipped with soap, paper towel and hot/cold water
-Sanitizer solution in spray bottle measured at 100 ppm Chlorine
-No signs of pest activities observed on site at time of inspection
-General sanitation well maintained.
