-Hot held mixed vegetables next to pick-up window 62 deg C -operator was not adding enough water below to maintain food temperatures >60 deg C -all foodworkers must be properly trained in the use of the equipment
-bar area has been cleaned and disinfected
-dry storage area has been cleaned and disinfected
-fixed rack has been removed with one on castors to access the mop sink
-2-door freezer cavity has been cleaned and appears sanitized
-handsink next to stove has paper towel dispenser and soap at sink
