Routine inspection: -handsink fully equipped -hot held foods at >60C -soup being reheated at time of inspection, probe thermometer on site -bleach on site as sanitizer -coolers in deli and store at 4C or less -freezers in deli, store, and back area (new walk in freezer and one stand up freezer) at -18C or less -deli staff has valid food safety certification -ice cream service currently not offered -new hot dog roller is protected from contamination from the public -new bistro area separate from from cash and deli area with plastic sheet -equipment and food to be put away and sealed at night -staff to assess food prep area each morning and carry out appropriate cleaning -owner to contact EHO for an inspection once renovations are completed
