Met with Manager/ store on site and discussed the following:

Food Handling:
all coolers are operating at or below 4C/ freezers are at -18C / hot holding 60C or above
food stored and protected during storage
all food stored off the floor 6in

Sanitation:
Quat used as approved sanitizer and measured at 200ppm /
High temp dishwasher ( measured the plate temperature at 72.4C
No pest activity at the time of inspection
Abell is certified pest control
all chemicals are stored in the proper labelled containers

Food hygiene:
hand wash stations are supplied with disposable paper towels
Food Safe lev 1 trained staff available on site

NOTE: Ensure to follow your Food Safety plan and keep all PHF not more that 2 hr on the room temperature (measured internal temperature of the sauces beside the grilling station to be at above 4C )
