Fume hood has been cleaned and serviced - next service due October 7, 2022.
Sanitizer spray bottle readily available with 200 ppm Quat.
All temps still good.
Low temp. dishwasher now in working order. Measued 50 ppm Chlorine being dispensed during sanitizing cycle.
No signs of pests. Pest management plan in place.
Outdoor garbage area is clean.
