-Handwashing sinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel. -All coolers at < 4°C →Do not overstock the display coolers. Have the products pushed back slightly to maintain temperature of < 4°C -All freezers at < -18°C -Ice machine is well-maintained -Quats available at 200ppm →Please frequently change the sanitizer buckets to maintain 200ppm, especially when the sanitizer starts looking murky -High temperature dishwasher final rinse measured at 78.6°C. -No signs of pests observed -Temperature logs are maintained -Staff has FoodSafe -Covid screening is done before shift for staff. -General sanitation is okay. -Please ensure to clean hard-to-reach areas.
