Bakery:

* Ensure the floor drain especially near the bakers table is covered to prevent debris and flour from getting inside the drain.
Drains required thorough cleaning to remove any food debris build up (By March 31, 2018).
*Ensure self-serve tissues/serviettes are provided near most baked displays.

Store (General)
* Inspect and clean areas underneath the air vents in all display coolers (produce section, grocery section, meat sections) (ASAP).

All produce coolers below 4 degrees C.
All walk-in cooler below 4 C.
Meat department walk-in cooler below 4 C.
Seafood storage cooler below 1 degree C.
Display freezers below -18 C.
Meat section display coolers below 4 C.
Grocery display freezers below -18 C.
Quats sanitizer at the dispensers and in spray bottles tested 200 ppm.
Liquid soap and paper towels available at all hand washing station except one sink in bakery.
No signs of pest noted at the time of inspection.
General sanitation is satisfactory.
