Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Containers of congee and sauce were stored at room temperature. Both items have been returned to the fridge during the inspection.

Replace the inaccurate thermometer in the double sliding door fridge in the kitchen.
Operator is checking temperature daily- good.
Temperature of the dessert fridge in the kitchen and the double sliding door fridge in the storage room are marginal. Monitor and turn down temperature if needed.
General sanitation has improved.
