Observation: No chlorine residual detected from dishwasher. Maximum temperature reached only 27.5C at the plate.
Corrective Action(s): Operator will have the unit serviced during the next delivery of chemical supplies, aiming for next month (October).

Inform EHO once dishwasher is serviced.

Until serviced: all dishes must be sanitized by hand using a bleach solution. Bleach is available on site.
