Introduction
An unscheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection #JSTT-CD8QSL dated April 6, 2022 was conducted. Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.
The Licensee has responded to the coded items in writing.

Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments
The following contraventions have been addressed:
11 020 - The indoor walls have been washed and painting has been started.
12 140 - Staff files are complete.
16 020 - Medication is on site for a child who requires medication as per care plan.
19 080 - Children's files are complete.
19 090 - Staff are keeping accurate attendance records.
19 210 - Care plans have been created for children who require them.
The following education/recommendations were provided:
-Re-arranging the nap mats to allow for distance between mats.
The inspection findings were reviewed with the Manager at the time of the inspection. The inspection report was written off site and a copy of this report will be emailed to the facility on this date.
