Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station at back preparation area is not supplied with liquid soap during inspection. Operator placed soap dispenser at the hand washing station during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel at all times to ensure staff are washing their hands while preparing and handling food and to prevent potential contamination of food.

Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All coolers at or below 4'C
- All freezers at or below -18'C
- No hot-holding on site
- All vertical broilers are observed turned on during inspection. Operator verified that second cooking step is done per order
- Coolers are equipped with thermometers
*Reminder: ensure to maintain temperature logs as per food safety plan. Temperature log template will be emailed to the operator.
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing stations in staff washroom and service area are unoccupied and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip *Reminder to ensure spray bottles are labelled
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 72'C at plate surface
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs
- Ice machine and ventilation canopy observed in sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Raw meat is stored away from ready-to-eat foods
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- Permit visible on site
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained operator is available on site
