Routine inspection conducted:
-All handwash stations equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
-Coolers at 4 deg C or less (upright, walk in, display, and prep coolers)
-Freezers at -18 deg C or less
-General sanitation good;
- no signs of pests at time of inspection
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual, new dishwasher has been installed to allow for large pans/wares
-2 compartment sink present
-Surface sanitizer at 100 ppm chlorine residual in spray bottles
-Employees wearing hair restraints at time of inspection
