-All handwash station adequately stocked
-Allrefrigeration units <4C
-All freezers <-18C
-All hot holding units are >60C
-Dishwasher reached a temp 75.oC on plate surface
-Quats sanitizer buckets and main dispenser tested at >200ppm
-Ice machines are clean, scoop are stored properly
-Food are labelled 6" off the ground and in containers, foods are covered and labeled in walk in cooler
-General sanitation is very good at time of visit.
-Good personal hygiene noted by staff ( rush hour inspection) hair net, proper glove usage, washing hands, clean apron/uniform.
-No pest observed during time of inspection, last pest control report (June 16) is checked-ensure to address noted issues. .
-Enough FS trained staff on duty.
-General sanitation is very good.

***Discussed using mobile cart for extra dirty dishware and mobile cart to move clean dishware to drying racks in the back, to prevent staff putting dirty dishware on other sinks except wash sink
