Premises + equipment maintained in sanitary condition
Handsinks in food preparation/service area supplied with hot + cold water, liquid soap + paper towel.
Coolers were operating at acceptable temperatures (4 deg.C or colder):

- Temperatures monitored + records were up to date.
* Ensure corrective action is recorded if temperature is not within acceptable range.
- Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at warewashing sink and in buckets for wiping cloths. Concentration measured 200ppm.
- Scoops (for rice + quinoa) stored on ice water ands replaced/washed + sanitized every 4 hrs.
- No signs of pest activity noted.
- Pest control contract in place with monthly service. Report from most recent service (June 24) viewed at time of the inspection.
- Peroxide multi surface disinfectant used on high touch surfaces, washrooms + customer seating area
- Staff / customer washrooms maintained + supplied with liquid soap + paper towel
- Manager present has completed FoodSafe level 1 equivalent.
- Health permit with valid decal posted
- Note: Frozen yogurt machine no longer in use.
