Observations:
- Domestic cooler in kitchen at 3'C
- Domestic freezer in kitchen at -18'C
- Domestic cooler in dry storage area at 4'C
- Domestic freezer in dry storage area at -19'C
- Thermometers available in domestic coolers
- General sanitation of premise is satisfactory
- Hand washing station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 75'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- 2-compartment sink available on site with drain plugs
- Dry storage area kept in good sanitary condition
- Food stored away from chemicals
- Minimal food storage observed - all food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered

*NOTE: high-temperature dishwasher on site has been replaced. Operator to submit dishwasher manual to the health inspector.
