Premises is approved as a Food Service Establishment (effective April 1, 2019)..
Permit fee received. Keep copies of your Food Safe certificates on-site. At least one person per shift is to have Food Safe certification.
Coolers are at 4 C / 40 F or colder. Check temperatures daily using an accurate indicating thermometer.
Seating is <10. Re-usable and disposable dishes utensils are used.
Menu: desserts and hot beverages. There is minimal food preparation.
Food area is to be separate from plant/flower area.
All food is to be from an approved source (receipts are available).
Liquid soap, hot and cold water, and paper towels in a dispenser are available for hand washing.
Sanitation plan - follow directions for cleaning and sanitizing the coffee machine.
