Liquid soap, hot and cold water, and paper towels in a dispenser are available for hand washing.
Sanitation plan - follow directions for cleaning and sanitizing the coffee machine.
Chlorine sanitizer is available (200ppm) in a labelled spray bottle - good.
Use 1 tsp domestic bleach in 1 litre of water to sanitize utensils. Follow directions on the poster (wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry).
Three sinks and a hand sink are available.
