Comments

Door sweeps have been installed at the base of many doors. Old rags have been removed in store room Top side of pizza cooler cleaned. Recommend using an ice water slurry bath for the toppings containers. Food items labelled inside the walk in cooler Barrier in place to prevent cutting knives from being jammed in between tables.
