Observation: The low temperature dishwasher was not able to sanitize food contact surfaces adequately.
Correction: All food contact surfaces cleaned/sanitized by the low temperature dishwasher requires re-cleaning and sanitizing by manual dishwashing method. Ensure all food contact surfaces (e.g., knives, pots, etc.) are cleaned and sanitized using manual 2 compartment sinks method. Correct this by: December 22, 2021.

Follow up inspection to the inspection report JGUU-C9W29V conducted:
Low temperature dishwasher is serviced. 50-100 ppm of chlorine detected at the plate level.
Recommended the operator to install sticky traps throughout the facility.
