A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -10C or colder; hot holding units above 60C; thermometers present; and temp log recorded daily.
- Quats sanitizer concentration in cloth buckets, spray bottles, and 3-comp sink were 200ppm.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; stored in groups with proteins separate or below RTE foods; and foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good. Exhaust canopies are clean and are scheduled to be professionally cleaned in November 2021.
- No signs of pests.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- All surfaces and equipment are in good working order.
- COVID-19 measures in place such as:
Staff wear masks.
Staff have designated areas to stand/work from, which are 6 feet apart.
Health screening done of staff and contractors entering premises.
Dine-in seating is 6 feet apart, "No sitting" stickers placed on tables to ensure distance is maintained.
Signs posted.
Hand sanitizer available patrons and staff throughout the premises.
Directional flow markers found on doors and floor.
