-hand sink fully equipped -all temps met health requirements -temps logs maintained -dishwasher at 50ppm Cl -quats at 200ppm -general sanitation good -two freezers in shed at -18C each **Walk in cooler stopped working during winter weather. Staff came in and noticed temperature was not 4C, all food was discarded. Cooler repaired and now at 4C.
