2) Raw eggs are stored on the top shelf of the stand up cooler by the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Store scoops separately from the dry ingredients. This is a repeat violation.

2) Move the raw eggs to the bottom shelf to prevent cross-contamination.
