Observation: Chlorine residual at the low temperature dishwasher measured 25 ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Service the dishwasher so the chlorine residual measures 50-100 ppm. Sanitize equipment manually at the three compartment sink by submerging in Quat sanitizer for 30 seconds. Correct as soon as possible.

- Hand washing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Coolers are ≤ 4°C, freezers are ≤ -18°C. Some units are unplugged as they are not used. Ensure they are able to reach correct temperatures before using again (4°C for coolers, -18°C for freezers).
- Three compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available
- Dry storage areas are maintained
- No signs of pests observed
- Premises is well lit
