After 2 hours, the technician has still not returned to the facility with the new part even after multiple calls by the operator.
Corrective Action(s):
Service dishwasher with the new part and ensure the wash cycle is reaching at least 60C (140F), and the final rinse temperature is reaching at least 82C (180F) for a minimum of 10 seconds.
