Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
- beside the staff cabinet in the back
- underneath the worktable by prep cooler
- underneath the 3-compartment sink
- beside upright freezer (R)
- beside the hot water tank
- behind the ice cream freezers.
Few ants also noted crawling underneath the
3-compartment sink and underneath shelf
by the backdoor.

Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings. Apply strong bleach solution
to affected areas to kill germs ( 1 parts bleach 9 parts water )

- Low temp dishwasher final rinse cycle measured
50 ppm chlorine on plate surface
- 3 - compartment sink and all handwashing sink
( including washroom ) are stocked with liquid soap,
paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
- Bleach sanitizer container measured 200 ppm bleach
* Informed the staff to have another bleach solution
in the BOH.
- Permit posted in conspicuous location

Note :
- Sliding door cooler (R) has a small pooling of
water. The temperature measured 4°C.
Call professional to check the cooler if
the issue gets worst. For now, continue to
monitor.
