Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing signs in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Take-out only. Daily health check of staff conducted verbally. NOTE: Develop COVID-19 Safety Plan and have it available on-site. Indicate maximum occupancy limit on COVID-19 Safety Plan. Post direction arrows/floor decals on merchandise floor to facilitate proper physical distancing. Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizing bucket measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available on-site for manual dishwashing. Bleach (chlorine-based) available on-site.
Merchandise coolers measured at 2C. Stand-up freezers on the merchandise floor measured at -23C. Stand-up cooler in the kitchen measured at 4C.
No food processing done at the time of inspection.
No canning, smoking, or pickling done on-site.
No signs of pests observed.
