Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen hot holding unit (used to hold foods at or above 60C in between cooking process):
- Deep fried fish (2 large bowls): 28.3C and 37.5C internally
- Deep fried chicken wings (1 container): 48C internally

Operator discarded foods in the temperature danger zone as per their Food Safety Plan.

Follow up inspection to the report JGUU-CNVS4Q was conducted.
Internal food temperature measured for cooked foods stored in self serve hot holding unit and display BBQ meat hot holding units (prepackaged and whole). All temperature measured at 60C or higher.
Since last visit, the manger took following actions:
Verified all temperature control equipment
Routinely checked hot holding unit temperature (addition to their routine temperature check)
Reviewed SOP with staffs.
Kitchen hot holding unit (one noted in the violation section) was measured at >60C after pre-heating.
