*Follow-up to inspection conducted on December 3, 2018 (Report MLOO-B74UAV) - Drink dispensing gun holder has been cleaned - New container of Quat sanitizer has been obtained - Temperature logs have been maintained since the routine inspection. Continue to do this on a daily basis. *Pest control reports still needs to be sent to health inspector
