Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher had 100 ppm chlorine. Test strips available
Bleach sanitizer was tested at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
The operator's FoodSafe Level 1 certificate is valid until July, 2023. Ensure that it is renewed prior to this date.
