-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -21C.
-Sandwich cooler was at 4C.
-Under counter coolers were at 4C.
-Dairy hoppers were at 1C.
-Counter top cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Soup cooked to greater than 74C.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 71C on the dish surface (minimum of 71C required for sanitizing).
-Quats sanitizer pails were labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Ice Capp wands disinfected with Quats sanitizer after each use. Sanitizer was tested at 200ppm.
-Ice machine clean and sanitary.
-Mixing spoons stored in ice/water mixture.
-Vegetable slicer was found to be clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly covered and stored off the ground. Raw eggs stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility is serviced by a professional pest control operator.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training valid until September 27, 2024.
