Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on September 25, 2018 (RPT#: JMAA-B4XT4T). The following observations were made:

- Invoice provided for pest control services rendered on Sep 26, 2018. Live mouse removed and traps reset during that inspection. Recommendation: Place identifying stickers in all locations where mechanical traps are placed
- Mechanical traps located in the following areas: In corner of dishpit underneath dishwasher, underneath the right-most cook line beside the white stand-up cooler, and beside the beer kegs on the other end of the cook line
- No signs of recent visible rodent activity at time of inspection. Opened mechanical traps did not contain any rodents
- Area is in improved sanitary condition - there were still bits of chicken underneath the prep cooler counters. These chicken pieces were swept away at time of inspection
- Two pieces of chicken remain at very back of the prep cooler counters - ensure that these are removed at the end of the day

NOTE: Prep sink observed in sanitary condition. Please remind all staff that it is best practice not to place chicken directly into the prep sink. Instead, chicken should be placed directly into cleaned and sanitized strainers or trays
