304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Numerous house flies around brew bar area, general kitchen, staff room. One fly inside muffin display case. Flies around servery and front end area. More flies than last inspection. Repeat of issue since last summer. *Correction Order Issued* Corrective Action(s): Install screens to prevent flies coming in. Install more traps. Muffins were discarded during the inspection. Discuss with pest control various types of traps. Doors were kept closed during the inspection - great job. Flies could be breeding inside facility - discuss with pest control areas identified that could lead to breeding, install mechanisms to prevent. Deep clean all areas and underneath equipment. Kitchen: Wet areas behind counters, oven, hand sink and around corners have residual water, food debris and accumulation of flies. Also under ice machine. 2. Office: under desk has food debris and spilled sticky residue. >5 flies in room. 3. Sticky surfaces around brew bar 4. Under 3 comp sink: Wet areas and accumulation of food debris. Repeat: food debris in 3rd sink - sanitizing sink. 5. Outside back door: garbage cart is just outside door, attracts flies. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 9

Follow up from last inspection: Brew bar area and McFlurry area appears cleaner and free of food debris. Clutter in this area has been removed, great job. Underneath grill area has less grease and this has improved, thank you. Doors are being kept closed.
