-Coolers are below 4 degC; food in the freezer are frozen
-Rice in all the rice cookers is over 60 degC; sauce and curries are above 60 degC
-200ppm bleach is available for cleaning in a spray bottle.
-Dishwasher rinse temperature was 78 degC at plate level.
-Facility had running hot water at the time of the inspection (3:34pm).

AS PER STAFF, RENOVATIONS ARE BEING PLANNED FOR THE KITCHEN TO EXPAND THE SPACE. SUBMIT FLOOR PLAN/EQUIPMENT LAYOUT FOR APPROVAL AS DISCUSSED.
