Observation: 1. Scoops observed to be stored directly in ingredient bins. Some handles of the scoop observed to be in the ingredient.
2. Scoops stored directly on the ice machine.
3. Slight white build up on sides of ice machine interior.
Corrective Action(s): 1-2. Scoops are to be stored outside the bin in a cleanable food-grade container. Both scoop and container is to be cleaned regularly.

Unit not in use at time of inspection; connected with 2 door undercounter cooler below it holding non-potentially hazardous foods.
Ensure unit can maintain temperatures of 4°C before use for storage of potentially hazardous foods.
