Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels (except one handsink - see above noted violation)
Walkin cooler at 3c.
Under the counter coolers at 4c or below.
All freezers at -18c.
Hot holding found at >60c.
Rice in rice warmer found at 77c.
Rice was found to be cooling at room temperature in shallow containers. All rice was moved to walkin cooler during time of inspection.
REMINDER: Ensure to follow foodsafety plan and cool rice from 60-20c in 2 hours and 20-4c in 4 hours. Do not cool at room temperature.
All foods are being stored off the floor.
Foods are found in containers with lids/covers.
All dry storage is stored separate from any chemicals.
Dishwasher reached 75c at dish level for rinse cycle.
Bleach water sanitizer at 100ppm concentration.
Sanitizer found in spray bottles and all bottles are labelled appropriately.
Pest control is in place and being done on routine basis by Atlas Pest Control.
No issues noted during time of inspection.
Overall sanitation has improved from previous inspections.
REMINDER: Ensure all deep cleaning is done on more routine basis.
Employees observed to be wearing proper protective wear (ie. uniforms)
