General Comments
-All handsinks were stocked with liquid soap and single-use paper towel.
-All coolers were </= 4C; thermometers present
-All freezers were at adequate temperatures
-All hot-holding units were >/=60C
-Logs kept for cooler / freezer temps, cooking, cleaning + sanitizer concentrations.
-Foods were covered, organized and stored off the ground
-QUATS sanitizers were at 200ppm (buckets +sprays).
High temperature dishwasher reached > 71/c at the final rinse cycle.
-No signs of pests were observed
_FOODSAFE certified staff were present
Recommendations:
*Replace missing handles on cooler doors (on staff side where customers serve themselves). Also is missing handle on one of the beer / wine mini-coolers (left side - Chaberton, etc. inside).
* Create a smooth surface in the kitchen where the floor drain is (as discussed). Water should be able to flow into drain easily and not pool here. This area is also a potential tripping hazard.
