Remember to check the chemical bottles at least once per day as well Walk in cooler running at 4C Dry storage room has been visited by pest control. 1 mouse recently caught in trap. Weekly visits continuing. No signs of product contamination or conditions encouraging more rodents. Only single stacked hot products found at grill line steam table Thank you
