Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was replaced at time of inspection. Glasswashing machine is now providing >/= 12.5 ppm iodine sanitizer residual.
*Ensure to confirm chemical levels and operation of the glasswasher (and dishwasher) every morning prior to opening.
