Routine Inspection Bistro not in use at the time of inspection Hand sink fully equipped. High temperature dishwasher reached 71 C on plate surface during final rinse. Surface sanitizer in spray bottle registered 200 ppm quats. Coolers were locked and temperatures not checked by inspector. Thermometer readings indicated they were 40 F or below.
